I love yellow leaves, so Bob and I visited the June Lake loop (should peak in 7-10 days), North Lake (should peak in 10 days), Sabrina (a big disappointment as the leaves got too cold and browned) and South Lake (great now, glorious in about 4 days).
It snowed a bit in the June Lake area, and enough higher up to close Tioga Pass again, but that soon melted off leaving us with temperatures in the low 30's and bright blue skies.
