We heard that crossing the streams on the way to Blue Lake was not a problem anymore, so we decided to head that way.
Blue Lake was lovely as usual.
Then we continued down the trail passing Donkey and Baboon Lakes.
We had our sights set on Sunset Lake. And we made it. It was a beautiful snow covered world. We puzzled over why we were last there in 2013 and could come up with no good reason. We will try and get up there more often.
